What a wonderful life!
It's been years since I last felt defeated ...it felt like my world crumbled into pieces ... I still remember the man who tried to ruin my dreams... it was like a nightmare ... a living hell.
Now, I can't believe I'm living this kind of life now. I got my dream job. New sets of friends and acquaintances. Well, I have to admit I still keep my old friends. They are part of the past that made me who I am now. And they make my life worthwhile.
As I've said, I can't believe I would come to this point where I feel happy and contented with everything that I have right now. Actually, I'd like to say that I wanted to do more than what I am doing now. I don't just want to be complacent. There's more to life than the trivial things that we encounter in our everyday mundane life. It's a great journey where you could discover your great potential and abilities. You just have to take all the chances and opportunities given to you. Life is exciting! You have to be enthusiastic and see everything in a positive light.
I never expected to work in a place where I'd see the beautiful scenery of green grass and lush trees every morning. Yes, work in the office is routine. However, the thing that makes the big difference is when you love what you do. I don't deny that sometimes, I get bored and exhausted. The secret is to always keep a happy and positive attitude. To see things differently!
It's true life has its ups and downs. But it's in the way you handle and accepts things that make you either victorious or a failure. If you accept life as a challenge. ... a great adventure. ... a happy school where you are eager to learn all things... It will be a well-fulfilled life.
There are still dreams and ambitions that I want to reach and accomplish. Places to go to. People that I'd like to meet. I am excited about them. I am anticipating a great future for me.
This life is like a vast ocean of blessings! Take a good look at the horizon and you'll see the endless possibilities.
As they say, "Life is like a box of chocolates. You'll never know what you gonna get."
I'd like to say that I am blessed to have this life. Not that extraordinary as that of others, but a fortunate one.
I thank God for all of these. I thank Him for this gift of life. I trusted Him in my darkest hours ... and He kept His promise.
"For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." - Jeremiah 29:11 NIV
I shall praise Him all my life.
